Our customer is provided a real-time balance of their account EVERY time they access the system.

We charge a rate per minute (one minute minimum and 6 second increments after that).  When using a Toll Free number for access, the customer is billed from the time they access the system.  This amount is clearly identified on the statement.

For credit card customers, we debit the customer’s credit card at the end of the month (or when they reach the set credit limit) and automatically reset the credit limit.

Instructions for using our service are provided by recorded voice prompts on the system in various languages.  You also will be provided with complete instructions by email upon your order.

To initiate a “Callback”, you simply call your assigned access number, let it ring twice, and hang up.  Our system will call you back at your pre-programmed telephone number.
