Is the $9.95 plan billed monthly? Credit card? Money
Order?
The $9.95 is billed monthly on the credit card. If a
customer signs up for $25, they are immediately debited $9.95 for the
monthly charge, and their balance is $15.06. Should they make no other
calls outside the flat rate area, nor exceed their monthly 250 minutes
to the designated areas, the $9.95 for the second month would be debited
off of that $15.06. Should they make calls elsewhere that are debited
off of that $15.06, their credit card will be recharged for an
additional $25 before the next $9.95 is debited. What happens if I exceed my 250 minutes?
Additional calls are billed at the standard flat plan
rates. What are the standard
flat rate plan rates?
After 250 minutes, the rates to all countries on the list of
the flat-rate promotion are $0.10 per minute (except Ireland, Denmark,
and Austria). Ireland and Denmark are $0.11 per minute, and Austria is

What are the rates for the Delta Three
prepaid plan?
The Prepaid Plan rates are billed on usage, with no monthly
fee. View Prepaid Plan Rates. What about domestic U.S. Calls and Toll Free
numbers?
You can use our service to call domestically as well as for
toll-free numbers.
1-800, 1-888 and 1-877 numbers are free. Other domestic calls are
charged the same rate as calling from outside of the country. Our lines
are routed over the Internet and are therefore considered international.
It does not matter from where you dial--only TO where you dial.
Please note that you also dial the same way, even if you are calling
domestically.

number.) Can I Call
Mobile/Cell Phones?
Currently you can use our PC-to-Phone system to call
cellular phones. There is no extra charge to call cellular phones except
when calling to Israel. Mobile phones are charged the rate of the
country to which you dial. Even if we have a special offer price for a
certain city within that country, the rate is the same as for outside of
that particular city.
For example, the rate for calling Brazil is US$0.49/minute on
PC-to-Phone, however we have a gateway server in Sao Paolo for which
regular PC-to-Phone calls are billed at US$0.29/minute. Calls to
cellular phones in Sao Paolo will be billed at US$0.49/minute. Please
note that these policies may change in the future for certain countries,
and we will keep you informed of any changes through our
website. What are my payment
options for the Deltathree prepaid plan?
For the prepaid plan, customers can pay by credit card, or
send in a check or money order (address will be provided when you
register). What are the billing
increments?
We bill in 6-second increments. Are there any fees or taxes?
There are no fees, taxes, surcharges, connect fees, per-call
charges, or any other hidden costs. Just the per minute price of the
call deducted from the prepaid balance, or the minutes as they are a
part of the flat-rate promotion. Is Fax Service Available with Deltathree ?
The Fax Service is still in the testing stages. We plan to
have it available in the future however. Is a Free Trial available?
Our software is FREE to download. You may try our service by
calling 1-800, 1-888 or 1-877 numbers in the US for free.
To try dialing all other numbers, please sign up for a regular
pre-paid account with Deltathree. We recommend starting with our $25
